The UPA(S) collects membership fees from our members. We are now collecting membership fees for the year 2010.
For existing members who wish to continue membership with us, please register and pay via club representatives by 25 December 2009. Membership fees remain at S$20/player (lump sum). This membership will cover you for the period of January to December 2010. Should you choose to take up membership at a later date, please note there is no pro-rated fee.
BENEFITS
As a UPA(S) member, you enjoy the following benefits:
- Participation in UPA(S)-sanctioned events i.e. SingOpen, Local leagues and tournaments, etc
- Note: League and Tournament fees are payable separately.
- Opportunity to participate in WFDF(www.wfdf.gov)-sanctioned events such as regional and World Championships (conditions may apply).
- Right to attend and vote at General Meetings of Members (conditions may apply).
- Access to newsletters, emails, and other exclusive material released by the UPA.
- Insurance coverage in the form of the following:
- ADPD - Accidental Death & Permanent Disablement – S$5,000 (Per Person) per policy year
- AMR – Accident Medical Reimbursement – S$125 (Per Person) per policy year
- Aggregate limit: S$250,000 per occurrence
- Scope of coverage:
- cover activities organized by UPA(S)
- whilst traveling between insured Person’s residence/school to attend organized activities, as well the return journey from attending such activities.
- whilst attending insured’s training sessions and participating in competitions held in Singapore by UPA(S)

- In addition, you will also receive a:
- Brewerkz Discount card (currently part of our sponsorship agreement - may be subject to change) Valid at Brewerkz, WineGarage and Cafe Iguana.
PAYMENT MODES
To facilitate collection, the UPA(S) would appreciate it if membership fees are submitted collectively by the club representatives. We accept cash or cheque, but prefer you to do a bank transfer into the following UPA(S) account:

If you choose to do an Internet transfer, do be sure that you insert remarks e.g. UPA Fee for xxxx club, so that we know where the money is coming from.
